Sales was was the best. The service department is a bunch of scam artists. I had used them 2x and each time I was given some strange repair was needed. Went to another dealer for service. They never even heard of the services needed.
Going on 2 months and they have yet to pay off my trade in, haven't even gotten my plates yet.... on top of that the bank stated they haven't received a pay off request besides the original one on the 28th of august. I am not the only one having issues. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
Will the sales rep was very helpful thru the process, and friendly.
