I ordered flowers for a memorial service for a friend's husband. The total was over $70, so I expected a nice arrangement. Honestly, I was embarrassed by the way the flowers looked, as if someone had just grabbed a handful of stems and shoved them in a vase. I regret having ordered at all.

Placed an order directly from their website on 1/23 for afternoon pickup on 2/13. I paid extra for the version of my arrangement with pink roses. On 2/13, the flowers were delivered early in the morning at my front door. Thankfully, I was awake and noticed that it was delivered. The flowers did not have the pink roses at all and was substituted by one red rose. I called to ask what happened and they said that they ran out of pink roses and that they're able to make substitutions to the order. They told me that I could return... read more
