This company will shit you!! Don't do any business with this company unless you want to be ripped off!! Had a Ford Explorer stolen and totaled and the so called GAP won’t pay out the remainder 3,800 owed bc of 5 late payments out of 4 1/2 years!! I have done business with this company for many years and have found them to be helpful, honest and do exactly what the agreement states. I'm thankful for businesses like Norman & Company and highly recommend them for any automotive protection need!
Horrible experience. They will try to find any avenue they can to not pay things out. Including making the process so difficult you really want to give up, not updating you, they try to run out a clock to upload documents. Even when processing the entire thing they still shorted it $300 so they only paid out 900 some when I paid about 800 for the coverage.
