This facility is a great place to be, offering a safe environment and helpful providers. I'm impressed, and so are the people I've recommended it to.
I was extremely impressed by the staff's kindness and the services provided by my healthcare provider. Despite having to cancel my appointment a couple of times due to an emergency, they were completely understanding and waived all charges, demonstrating their flexibility and commitment to patient care. If you're looking for a place where you'll be heard, cared for, and helped, this is an excellent choice.
She dismissed me, because of my Klonopin and she should have another job, like working at a daycare or something, she has her own daughter, so yeah, she hates me for real
Interesting that this place can cancel on its clients within 30mins of an appointment (happened to me last week). I called to cancel the appt that was rescheduled because the timing did not work. They want to charge the VA a cancellation fee. For what?!? Your agency canceled on me 30 minutes prior to my own appointment and I adjusted my schedule based on that. I get it, stuff happens. HOWEVER, when it is the other way around, THEY want to charge. Gtfoh. Be for real.
