They are honest people and their prices are good. I'm a first time customer and I will go back to them.
A family friend recommended this shop when we thought my alternator was out. When I told them my issues, they suggested a diagnostic instead. Sure enough, it was not the alternator, and was in fact a much easier, cheaper fix! It felt great to have someone know my vehicle well and respect me as a customer. If I have to get more work done, I will DEFINITELY be going back!
I began going to Norman Automotive in May, 2011. I still take my car there and have no complaints at all! I'm surprised by these 2 negative reviews. I would think the best time to price a repair would be BEFORE the repair is made. Many times I've purchased something in a store, then see it for less the following week, but that doesn't make the store a bad store. One of the best automotive repair shops I have ever been to. I've lived all over the country and found only 1 that compares to Norman Automotive, Inc. They are honest, fair and great for my wallet. I always feel great sending my wife there, as I know that she nor I will get taken. I've even priced checked them before on a major service and they came in $200 cheaper than 5 other shops I called and $600 cheaper than a dealer. Great service, great prices and great mechanics.
