I bought an item from Norman archery, it was the wrong size. I called and they invited me in to exchange it. I went in and they did not have the right size, no problem they said, an order is coming from the factory with the right size, it should be in any time. Week later, not in yet, couple weeks later, not in yet, few weeks later, not in but they will call when it comes in. Rachel did an outstanding job putting new strings on my daughter's competitive bow. Outstanding Place To Shoot indoor tournaments because of all the room.
