I had a partial tear of my Achilles tendon in 2021. Had 8 weeks in a boot, 1 year of physical therapy, taking daily OTC pain meds for 18 months… in constant Pain. Limiting my daily activities. In 2023, After 4 shockwave treatments with Dr wortzman I have my life back Pain free! It’s CRAZY that this treatment is not covered by insurance. But SO worth it if you can afford it.
