Dr. Sanchez is a great pcp! We love her!
Physician was excellent, unfortunately you have front office staff that doesn't seem to know the payment methods they accept and how to communicate that effectively when scheduling appointments. Disappointed in the poor communication and lack of attempt to clarify the situation. They are not a Care Credit provider despite the information you may receive to the contrary.
Great old school family practice physician. Also if your parents don’t speak English or prefer to communicate in Spanish then she is the person to see so your parents can be taken care of well.
So I am in complete SHOCK I have never heard of this before. My very good friend went in today and she comes back to me CRYING??? Because the provider was completely out of order. How DARE you? “Always willing to listen and help” ? Are we sure? Because it completely looked like you did nothing but SHAME and put my friend down. Dismissing her worries and issues in unforgivable. Fat shaming is absolutely disgusting. Have you no shame? Is this a form of self projection?
