My loved one came here and had a negative experience. She came in seeking help and left feeling blamed, dismissed and worse than how she felt coming in to begin with. Her concerns were not taken seriously, and she felt as if she was not listened to or supported by Norma. I would not recommend this office to patients who value being heard and respected.
They were really great at taking care of things I didn't come in for. Went in for pain in my ribs I had for about 2 years at that point (still have pain) with no answers, but they lowered my cholesterol! Never listened to me about my other problems. Even ones I have been trying to get someone to listen to for years (woman related if you catch my drift).
I have seen Norma for over two years. She is very attentive and explains in detail about your diagnosis and what to do. The staff is always pleasant. I would highly, highly recommend Norma.
