I actually stay through with Dr Garcia until the end of my pregnancy regardless of how some of the staff treated me very horribly especially the one lady who answered the phone. Until my last visit she stated “bye don’t get pregnant ever again” not realizing this is what I wanted for awhile was a huge family. I bragged how nice she was until that point. My next pregnancy will never be with her. The male was more empathetic than she was that day.
Dr Norma Garcia is amazing
The doctor is nice, the receptionists though are rude and do not care about patient privacy. They will ask you for personal information while another patient is sitting directly next to the reception window. On top of this, you will need to plan your day around the wait. As you may be sitting there for over an hour before reception even looks at you again after the initial sign in. Key is to be 15 minutes early to any doctors appointment, but reception will glare at you and tell you not to talk to them until your appointment... read more
Every single person here is rude & unwelcoming. Every time i was waiting, another patient would be upset or arguing with the staff due to issues on their end. Also, signed a waiver stating 1 person always allowed w me, but didnt allow on my third visit. Weird. i had my breaking point after my third appt leaving upset.. this is my first pregnancy, i SHOULD be enjoying my appts. so i decided to switch OB’s & i’m happy where i’m at.
