My experience with this practice during my pregnancy was incredibly disappointing, and I would never recommend Dr. Norma Garcia to another expecting mother. At 32 weeks pregnant, on July 21, 2026, I was abruptly dismissed from the practice after I complained about the excessive wait time for my appointment. With our first baby the visits were good however the day of delivery Norma was not available and her Husband who is also a doctor was there the night of the delivery, note: he came in with a rushed attitude even thought my wife only took 20-30 minutes upon his arrival and he made a lot of facial expressions and also was aggressive with my wife’s private part and tore her a lot trying to rush the process. I actually stay through with Dr Garcia until the end of my pregnancy regardless of how some of the staff treated me very horribly especially the one lady who answered the phone. Until my last visit she stated “bye don’t get pregnant ever again” not realizing this is what I wanted for awhile was a huge family. I bragged how nice she was until that point. My next pregnancy will never be with her. The male was more empathetic than she was that day.
Dr Norma Garcia is amazing
The doctor is nice, the receptionists though are rude and do not care about patient privacy. They will ask you for personal information while another patient is sitting directly next to the reception window. On top of this, you will need to plan your day around the wait. As you may be sitting there for over an hour before reception even looks at you again after the initial sign in. Key is to be 15 minutes early to any doctors appointment, but reception will glare at you and tell you not to talk to them until your appointment... read more
