This is the worst service I have encountered in my life. When contacting the service with obvious breakdowns of the car, the service will throw up their hands and say that they either cannot diagnose the breakdown or explain that such breakdowns are typical for all Toyotas of 2024 model year and they have no idea how to fix them. The final point is that the service staff talks to you as if you are inferior and proves that these failures are not so terrible and I should drive with them without fixing them.
