It’s unfortunate, as the dealer should be the most qualified to do the best job. I am a routine customer here, but the last two times have been TERRIBLE. 1) June 2025: after my A/C stopped working I went to my local mechanic who did a quick diagnosis and told me that the condenser has a known defect, which should be under warranty. I scheduled the warranty work and then was told I’d need to replace the evaporator and I-rings for $2,000. Evaporator cost is $125. Mind you, the two parts are directly connected to each other.
