I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt compelled to share the extraordinary experience I had at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Vista’s service department. I brought my car in after the engine light came on, and from the very first phone call I was told to bring it in either that same day or early the next morning. My service advisor, Ramez, was incredibly helpful from the beginning. Be aware of this place. They like to add features to cars, such like Lojack, and then add it to the price of the vehicle. They want you to pay for something you never asked for. They tell you the sales manager wants to play ball, but they're just trying to waste your time and money on things you don't need or want. That is bait and switch, and that is not how a big company should be conducting business!
I’ve been going to this Honda service department for years and I cannot recommend it enough! I’ve had Sal, Ernesto & Hannah as my service reps and they’re all wonderful. This most recent visit I had an issue with my Sunbit (their payment plan option) upon picking up my car. Hannah stayed for three hours troubleshooting it with me and staying past her shift. Had my car for less than 3 months, and it wouldn't start. I was so stressed. I called Honda of Temecula, and the lady laughed at me when I wanted to bring it in same day or even the next day. I called Honda of Vista and spoke with Phillip Rosales, he got me in within hours. He reassured me that everything would be fine, he took care of business and got my car in quickly.
