Horrible experience. Service and parts manager Mike should not be in his position. Totally unprofessional. Car was returned to me with a multitude of errors codes that weren’t there when the car was dropped off. Mike refused to help and began blaming me for the errors.
Outstanding service. Isaiah Douglas is friendly, helpful and fantastic!! Love this dealership.
Kept my car for over a month. Got dusty and ruined on the inside and they damaged my door frame. Knowing them it’s a waste to try and get them to admit fault for anything. I got my chrome replaced and it was peeling off the next day. They are the only dealership in OC so they take advantage of that. I’m driving to Corona or anywhere else from now on

I would strongly discourage anyone from using Genesis of Irvine for service. My husband brought my Genesis in with fewer than 1,000 miles on it for two issues: a cosmetic scuff on the steering wheel and ongoing software problems affecting the infotainment system. Instead of offering to help, the service advisor immediately told him they couldn’t address the cosmetic issue because the vehicle was from another Genesis dealership.
