I’ve had the best experience buying a car in 60 years from Sami! He made the entire process so smooth and easygoing.
We bought a car from this dealership and after driving the car for a week or so I realized there were a lot of tools on this car that I still didn't know. I called the dealership and asked if someone could give me a tutorial of the vehicle. Jason Bueno drove all the way from Irvine and spent a significant 1 on 1 time with the car. I know so much more about the car now, Thank you Jason and Genesis!
If you have an electric Genesis, note that they only have a few technicians that can work on the cars at a time with zero loaner cars available. Terrible experience with a lack of communication. I asked for updates and have had to proactively call back for days to understand what’s happening with our car. I will not get another electric Genesis again.
My wife and I had a great experience buying a GV80. Sami was a great help, very knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. We test drove many vehicles over the weekend before settling on one Sunday evening. He never was put out of by the time we spent or all of the questions that we asked. Thanks, Sami!
