I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership at Norm Reeves Hyundai. In my personal experience, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. My experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai was shockingly bad. In my personal opinion, this dealership shows a complete lack of respect for customers. What made everything even worse was the behavior of the finance staff.
