**** sold me a nightmare! Avoid buying the ************ at all costs. 3 years of having this brand new ******** has been in and out of the service center. Major issues: replaced transmission, alternator, battery (twice), lift was done wrong, tires wore wrong, water pump, high pressure fuel pump, purge valve, and the list goes on. Not to mention the car is falling apart inside. The interior of the vehicle was very cheaply made.

The **************** us substandard, I bought this car in 2018, I had not put ****** miles on it when I took it in. They put 197 miles on my car in a five day period, drove out a full tank of gas (*****) and returned my car to me on empty. I took it in because it would not pass the smog test and I couldn't renew my tags. It took them five days to figure out that the onboard computer had failed and needed to be replaced. I have leased a vehicle from Norm Reeves Hyundai in September 2019. All the contracts were signed and paid first month of payment when I signed the contract. However, I did not receive any bills from Hyundai finance. I noticed that no bill has been received, I contacted Norm Reeves Hyundai sales person Scott Kim in December of 2019. In response, the Mr. Kim advised me that the company made a mistake of not sending the contract to the Hyundai finance and it was sitting in their office for three months.
