They know what they’re doing and staff is always courteous and listens to your concerns. I especially like Jose Torres. I’ve had him a couple of times before and he’s great!

When my service person was out sick, there was no follow up. Left 4 message for Chris and 2 for service manager and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Not good customer service!! When Jose returned, he was very on top of things

They were 30 minutes late checking in my car. Said oil change would take 1 to 1.5 hours. 3.5 hours nothing. I call to find out what was happening. Was told I’d get a call back. No call. I called again left message for service manager asking for call back. No call back. After 3 I get a call asking for information about my car. No apology or explanation for delay. I said I just wanted my car. 3:30 I walk in, pay bill and leave. No acknowledgement of delay, no apology for inconvenience. Life’s too short. I won’t be back.
