I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda Collision Center. Unfortunately, someone did a hit-and-run and damaged the driver’s side mirror on my Honda Pilot. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, Angel Flores took great care of me throughout the entire process. Angel was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Norm Reeves, especially if you need tire alignment for your new tires. I got new tires from Costco Tires Center, but they didn’t do alignment, so I went to Norm Reeves to get serviced. I had an easeful process, and it was thanks to Ms. Nicole who was so attentive, professional, and courteous. She made me feel taken care. I’ve been going to Norm Reeves for a few years now, but Nicole was so great that I’m finally posting a review. Thank you again to Nicole and the Norm Reeves team!
What a nightmare Had a 9:30 appointment to get an estimate for my car show up at 9:30 and was told that the estimator was on the phone and There was idea when he was going to get off waited 1/2 hour left Don't use these guys they are abusive time wasters especially Jamie
