This is the 2nd time after waiting 6 weeks between a reschedule that this office has cancelled 's appointment. I just spoke to the same receptionist, "Lou" apparently the therapist, "Celina" requested cancellation of 's appointment tomorrow because, "the provider failed to include notes as to what _ needs to work on" This is incredibly unprofessional that there would not be any type of communication about expectations or what is needed from the proper teams or the patient after this office cancelled at the last minute the pr... read more
