Of course people automatically are mad when their vehicles gets impounded! But people don t realize it s not the tow company that asks for your vehicle to be towed, it s the police who order it to be towed. When a tow company has a police contract they have to go by what the police department want and go by their contract. I was involved in an accident and I had to get my car towed. My wife was hit by a teenager who ran a red light. She told the tow truck driver and others we had AAA. She was told We will take care of it. Her van was towed at 4:00pm. At noon the next day, I was told the bill was over \$230.00. Just for the tow (about 4-5 miles) it was \$130.00 (it would have been free from AAA) When I got there they were very rude to me and wanted to keep my drivers licence and told me (more than a few times) they did not HAVE to give me the van. Norm & Eddies service is truly friendly. They have a wonderful staff of drivers who are understanding of your concerns and needs. Pricing is about average in the area, but you get what you pay for. And that is an above average company who strives to do the best they can do. No strings attached!
Terrible company. Rude staff. All around incompetent and greedy. A family member was involved in an accident and this tow company charged \$573 to tow his motorcycle and store it a couple weeks. Avoid this shady place at all costs, they WILL take advantage of you if they can! I suspect that other review was written by them. Beware!
