I have used Norm Clark 3 times over 15 years and he is the BEST inspector that I have ever used. I am a real estate investor so I have purchased many houses and mostly just inspect them myself but having just had a negative experience with an inspector in Arizona I have to share with you what a value you get using Norm.
Norm showed up and was very knowledgeable in regards to standards and codes. He did a good job explaining systems and how they worked. That being said, I felt like he did a poor overall job of inspecting the home. He did not get on the roof nor did he get into the attic. When he left, I walked the exterior of the home and noticed there was flashing that had been ripped up exposing the roof decking.
