Both my parents resided at Norlite; Neil (4 years) until 11/14/19 and Lorraine/Edith/Edie (6 1/2 years) until 4/7/20. They were treated with respect, love, and compassion by ALL staff, not just by the nurses and CNAs. My sisters and I have nothing but love, respect, and gratitude for all these amazing people and are so thankful my parents spent their last years in the care of this wonderful family.
The entire staff at Norlite Nursing Center is phenomenal. Not only do they take exceptional care of my Dad, Lyle. They keep you well informed on all aspects of his care. Norlite staff has been extremely proactive in all the care of their residences, staff and community. Especially so during this terrible pandemic. It is wonderful not have to worry as much, about the care being given to my Dad while he resides at Norlite. Thank you so very much to ALL of Norlite employees and the others who take care of all of us.

My brother John Metko was transferred to Norlite where he was given a week to live. That was in March of 2018. The staff at Norlite got him to rally and he is doing awesome. He attended his niece's graduation and is planning to come home in under a month. All of the staff at Norlite gave me a homecoming instead of a funeral to plan. Awesome place ... awesome people .... thank you. Penny Miller
This is where a relative stayed for about a two month period, off and on. He died there one evening and, as next of kin, the telephone call we received ffrom the on-duty nurse was, "Your brother died! Call me back within ten minutes to let me know where to send the body." That was our first notice of an issue other than comments by our relative. Think what that implies for services and staff at this facility. We did have positive feedback regarding the physical therapy staff.
