I asked for a 6 puck clutch young man said he will order it and instead ordered me a 4 puck clutch NOT what I asked for. Very upset. Asked for a light weight flywheel ORDERED ME A BASIC CLUTCH. again not what I asked for. Needs to get what customers ask for and not order what he wants or thinks is better I asked for something specific and I’m the paying customer you can’t just order what you think it’s best because YOU say so or think it’s better. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL.

I conducted an online search for a brake caliper rebuilding service in the New Haven area. My brake calipers from an '83 BMW 320i are not available as rebuilds anywhere. There are multiple services on the west coast but they require shipping cores and paying exhorbitant shipping and handling fees for the rebuilds. I had already purchased new seals as I had originally planned on rebuilding myself. My google search turned up Norkor on State Street in New Haven.
