This facility is not ADA compliant. It reserves all of its best parking spaces for physicians. There is not a single handicapped designated space in front of the entire building - every single space is reserved for physicians.  When speaking to the reception desk, they are well aware of the problem, as multiple patients continue to complain about the situation.  This is shameful.

I am shocked and dismayed at the degenerative level of care at Sharp Rees-Stealy. I shouldn't even call it degenerative because it started at a low and stayed at a low. I don't know if they're not allowed to provide care anymore or if they don't know how to provide care or if their system is too screwed up to provide care. Healthcare has turned into wealth care which equals I don't care! Horrible horrible service and care or I should say, lack of it!

The check-in process was efficient. My experience with Patel was disappointing. Despite arriving early, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appt time. Patel didn't greet me upon entering the room, nor did he acknowledge me upon leaving. During the appt, which lasted less than 10 minutes, I waited an hour to discuss the lack of improvement with my current Rx. Incredibly, Patel also took a phone call during my appt. Dr. Esphahani is an excellent, caring, doctor. She performed a fluid extraction under my eye that had been bothering me for years. The results were wonderful. I highly recommend her.  Robert Flax.

This was the most hateful, arrogant, mean-spirited Bully I have ever encountered in an exam room. She is all about the $ and seems to hate her patients (at least that was my experience). She is a hateful bulldog. I came out of there detesting her with a passion and would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She is surrounded by sycophants. I was admitted to Grossmont in May 2024. Due to lack of balance and blood pressure. I have recurrent cellulitis in my left arm and I must treat it immediately when any symptoms appear. I saw the doctor briefly when I checked in that night. The next morning, I noticed my arm starting to swell and asked to see the doctor. For two days, I waited and repeatedly asked to see her with no response. If you need help, this is not the doctor to go to. This doctor was no help at all actually cause more medical problems. Blames everyone else. Only cares about the dollar. Cancels appointment and appointment after waiting months to see him.
