Japanese Nori is one of the better Japanese restaurants in the Caldwell area. It's a small place, but the service is very good and the staff is very personable. I recommend the noodles.
Hibachi without the cost! It is a small restaurant who knows their regulars by name. Awesome green tea and miso soup. Sushi is a must but also try their hibachi. It is just as good as any but for $10-$20 less. Decor is asian with dividers for privacy. Great for a date!

Great Fresh Rolls! – This place has some of the best sushi that i have ever had. They have several different specialty rolls that are out of this world. Definitely worth a try if you have never gone before. The decor is nice, and the service is very helpful and friendly.
