The people were nice. I am still looking around.
Horrible experience!!! Horrible Staff !!! So cheap office staff. I have been living in this facility since so many years. Management used to be OK earlier. However, I can see so many issues. I will not recommend Norhardt to new moving. Don't waste your money. Poor Management. Apartments are so old and continuous maintenance. New management is so worst when you leave they charges drastically for damages which you were not responsible or it was from previous tenan I will not recommend to anyone. Move in was smooth except a few maintenance issues like non functional toilet which should have been checked
