The assistant is very rude. Doesnt know what shes doing & mistakens clients. When you try to tell her she jumps down your throat snapping at you saying calm down even if you didnt say much or were able to get your statement out there. Then wants to hit you with “oh im sorry theres another client with your same information” ok then you need to calm down ma’am & find out who youre talking to then do your job! I contacted Norgard and Norgard about a year and a half ago for a case . I was set up with defense attorney Cory Chasting. I met with Cory once before my case got started. He was friendly and helpful, explaining what to expect. As the case grew longer and the details started to come out it was clear that Cory knew exactly what he was doing.
