Sadly disappointed in overall experience. Was excited Vivian brought me in on a Sunday to accommodate our travel schedule, and I am not a complainer. However, her touch was aggressive and she was rude. Apparently I touched one of my nails resulting in a touch up, but she accused me of messing up 3 and "making her work too hard." Vivian is amazing! Her attention to detail results in glamorous nails.
I came for a Pedicure and they didn’t even have the colors they showed as an example and they did not look for one that could be similar and all they said was Look for a different color and very bad service such as not doing the pedicure as it should of been and they used the same gloves on my feet from the first other customers before me and same tools used on me they were not clean!!! I went in and ask for the first picture and got the second 2 pictures. Also the design nails was 2 different lengths, colors totally different and I got charged $140 for nails and ties. I’m beyond pissed. Never again will I use this place. I don’t see how they stay in business I’ve never payed that price for my nails before ever. Every time you go there it’s a different amount but never over 100 for me. But I’m done. I’ll drive to Lee Nails in Russellville were I have always went.
