I had the worst experience with this place dealing with a lab technician in my 7 years of coming here on 7/10/24. You’ll need to do better training with your employees when it comes down to learning how to talk to someone. I felt really uncomfortable with the treatment I received from the lab technician.
They system they have sucks no one will answer the phone ever you have to leave messages and they don’t get back
