I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences calling to schedule appointments. Every time I call, I reach the same staff member who consistently displays an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. It frequently feels as though our inquiries are an inconvenience to her. They cancelled my appt the day of due to the provider having a family emergency, totally understandable! They said they would reach out to get me rescheduled. I heard nothing so I called to rescheduled and they said I was already down for the 31st, (never got a call or email) but okay cool. This NP Jackyline is attentive, also you can tell she loves her job. Response and it was easy to trust her with my care. But
I have been a patient at this practice for over 2.5 years, and while the clinical care I received from my provider, Tiffany Smith, was consistently exceptional, my experience with the office itself has been deeply disappointing. Folks, there is a reason why this place has two stars, and really it should be zero stars. People come here for help, and many of these people are everything but that. Some of people are extremely unprofessional, and I am in disbelief that they are still in practice. Take heed, take this review as a warning, please do not come here. Shame on you folks! People come to you folks for help and in emergency situations, some of you are everything but that!
