Out of the thousands of customers that are served every year, there is always gonna be the few no matter what you do they're not gonna be satisfied!
My father had them service his snowblower back in September. It is now Thanksgiving and the work is done, they simply won't deliver it back to his home despite the fact that he's paying them to do so. I always grew up admiring this company because it bears the name of my hometown but what they are doing now is nothing short of elderly abuse. Do not shop here.
Customer service is horrible. They do not call you back. Emails they claim go to their junk folders. Spent $2500 for work on my Kubota tractor and after 6 weeks and repeated phone calls and emails I got my machine back. A leak in the front axle and a full service. I got the FULL SERVICE alright!! Just used it this weekend and a leaking hose on the bucket that I requested to be fixed leaked at the fitting plastering hydraulic fluid across my driveway and garage. Just bought an echo leaf blower.. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the price was better then anywhere I could find. I'll be coming back to buy a snow blower when the time comes.
All of the top brands in outdoor power equipment, if your looking for high quality commercial quality products that start when you need them, you should pay a visit. As a homeowner I tend to spend a little more than what you can get at Sears, Home Depot and Lowes etc...,.my neighbor tells me I'm crazy, but my neighbor has gone through multiple weed wackers, chain saws and tractors pay a little more up front and it will last you a lifetime.
