This is what you would expect from a pediatrician. All three doctors ive seen plus reception has been top notch. Big difference from my last ones. Like night and day. It's so important you feel comfortable in any doctors office let alone your childs. Glad I found them.
Dr. Carter has been AMAZING! The nurses and front desk have been wonderful and we appreciate them all! We came here after a HORRIBLE experience a year ago at another practice. We were stressed, exhausted and feeling defeated. Dr. Carter looked at our girl and was kind, attentive and listened (like ACTUALLY listened) to our concerns. The same with the nurses. We are forever grateful for the entire team 🙏🏻
Loved Dr Carter so much! Unfortunately the office staff aren’t the best. Very unprofessional and will give you the run around. Hate to leave this office !
