Bought a car with Norfolk 5yrs ago for 13,000 and 5yrs later we’ve spent a little more than 18,000 in constantly fixing issues it has had! Issues with this car started the same week we bought it! Would not recommend them! The cars look pretty but not worth it. I would give them 0 stars if I could. It was my first time buying a car out of a lot and it has been an awful experience. As I type this the car is sitting out with a pending electrical issue that needs fixing on top of the 18,000 we have already spent!
Their mechanic Nate is amazing! He helped us fix up some issues with our new car and made the whole process so easy! Thanks, Nate!
