What a nightmare. But a brand new boat from this place and only has 12 hours on it now. Sitting in the driveway because Norfolk marine won’t stand behind their product and pay the repair bills. Only 12 hours on the boat and they basically said it’s my problem.
We bought a Sea Hunt Ultra 234 this past November from Norfolk Marine and we have been very pleased with the boat as well as the service that we have received. The boat was delivered on time and we were THOROUGHLY introduced to the boat and its features upon delivery. We used the boat a hand full of time throughout the Winter and have put many hours on it this Spring. I recently bought a used boat from a friend. Ran great for a year, then found out my engine was totaled due to corrosion! I had seen a couple options for repairs or a new engine and wasn’t happy. I talked to Jason from Norfolk Marine and got great news and ended up buying a new engine from them. Norfolk marine had a really fast turn around time and also I noticed some small things fixed I didn’t asked to be fixed and would highly recommend their service!
