Staff was courteous; professional; helpful; engaging w/o being pushy. I will single out Chris and Jake for their help. My opinion they went well beyond standard customer support to ensure my satisfaction. Outside of a couple minor glitches during the sea trial- all went perfectly. I would recommend them to any/all of my friends in the market for water equipment.
