I live in Kansas City and had a snake plant sent to my daughter in Chesapeake for her birthday. I ordered it on Thursday and they delivered a huge beautiful plant on Friday! She loves it, and I’m very grateful I can trust nfk florist to deliver quality. Thank you!
I have used Norfolk Florist in Chesapeake, Virginia for over about 18 years. I have been able, together with the Florists, create and/or customize arrangements. The Florists are patient, courteous, helpful, insightful to understand what I have in mind, and creative. My parents are always excited about the arrangements, and my Mother sends pictures of the arrangements, 99% of which I am pleased. Fair pricing, but some flowers in the arrangement were already turning brown when I picked it up. Also, I requested no pink flowers and about half the arrangement was bright pink. The note I had them make was printed, but barely...their printer was running out of ink. Overall, not worth it.
I purchased 24 roses for Valentines Day. What was delivered was 12 roses. When I inquired about the issue, I was offered 25% money back. I didn't get a doctorate in math, but that don't add up. I protested the 25% and was offered 35%. Thanks for making me pay 100% to get half the product. Wouldn't use this place again.
The flowers were absoulety beautiful and arrived on time. Will definitely use this florist again !
