I was gifted a floral arrangement from Norfolk Florals as a surprise. Ms. Phillips service was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure I received the arrangement. The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and fragrant. Also included were thoughtful, detailed instructions on how to care for the flowers. I highly recommend Norfolk Florals.

Ashley was so amazing to work with. I called and left a message and she called me back about 30 mins later. In the mean time I spoke to 2 other area florists and described what I wanted in a bouquet to celebrate a friend’s engagement. The other florists seemed unable to see my vision and asked me to pick from the limited selection on their websites. My name is Ayden and I came here to get a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my lady, I had snapdragons for the main flower and had Mrs. Philips work her magic with the complimentary flowers, and she did not disappoint the bouquet was beautiful and came packaged very nicely. She also added in directions on how to keep the bouquet alive for the longest time and plant food to help sustain the bouquet as well. Thank you so much Mrs. Philips my girlfriend is over the moon about them!!
