Sandra the nurse is great .the nurses and reception are amazing helped me quit smoking and with my health problems
Tried calling 2 days in a row, and catch the timings, then tried around 9 am, start of the day. Phones rang, no one picked up, then it hung up. Eventually got a live person the 3rd day.
Amazing staff, great doctors. They are extremely skilled in their medical fields and pay attention to detail with symptoms. Dr. Cranmer especially!
So many issues: Phones not working; treating physician does not read the entirety of the file and skims it during the apt (and misses things/needs to be prompted); does not action medical issues properly by looking at the entirety of the situation; website gives a wrong location for where they are located; and more. Unfortunately this is my doctors office. Anytime I have to get in contact with them I get annoyed because for some reasons it’s never an easy experience. I can never get through on there phones, they don’t even have a thing setup to get in contact with reception which is extremely stupid when your trying to book appointment or reschedule. The doctors cannot fax X-rays on time leading to injuries going untreated for days due to X-rays not coming in therefore not being able to take the steps to properly care for yourself.
