I went in about 3pm to renew my passport. I forgot my watch was a smartwatch so had to get a locker for .25 anyway after leaving my phone and everything in the car to avoid this. The security guards were extremely friendly and helpful with the locker and told me where to go on the 7th floor. When I got up to the 7th floor, you walk through a "cafe' (vending machines) and hop in the line and wait to be called up.
