Parking downtown is an absolute nightmare with all the construction but luckily the security officers on the 1st floor were very friendly and quick to point me in the right direction. I always appreciate a smiling face.
Very Rude Officer at the entrance....Older Tall Guy..I had to get a locker for my phone because being i wasn't going into a court room but the 7th ...Needed a copy of my marriage certificate and that Gentleman was 100% Professional and Very Polite. Go to get my phone out the looker and the coin slot want allow me to put the quarter in...I say excuse me but its not allowing me to put the coin in...He focusful said THEN GET ANOTHER LOCKER....The Female Officer ask what did I say....He interrupts and by this time I could sence ... read more
TALKED TO A VERY NICE LADY FROM THE PASSPORT OFFICE. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE ME DIRECT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO HOW TO ACCUMULATE MY PASSPORT NEEDS. NO APPT WAS NECESSARY.. JUST WALK THROUGH. APPRECIATED THE DIRECT INFO FROM HER AND ESPECIALLY HER REPOR WITH ME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
