I had 5 hp motor fail on a Friday evening. Sent a message to our Salesmen Saturday morning for help. He worked his magic again. He must have got a hold of a team member who called me saying he had what I needed In NC and a courier could get it to me Sunday morning 7am. I took that deal thinking I wouldn't see it until that afternoon. But at 6.55 am Sunday I received a call from the courier that he had a delivery for me and he was sitting in the driveway. Over several years I have purchased a few bearings and pump seals, but not in any large quantity. I needed a pump seal for my church that I paid for out of my pocket. I did mention that to the sales clerk. I gave them the old pump seal and they matched it up with a U.S. Seal #PS-671 for a 1/16hp pump. Norfolk Bearing charged $72.15 for the pump seal and $17.42 shipping. The box is 1-1/2”x1-1/2”x2” and weighing about one ounce. The price was $94.94. I almost fell off of the stool.
