We had an agreement to complete my project in two stages: first the base layer, and then, after my landscapers finished the yard, he would return to apply the finish layer. He was worried I wouldn’t call him back for the second stage since he said many customers never do, but I kept my word and called him to finish the job. Unfortunately, I regret hiring this company.
