Dr. Tran lacks respect for her staff. She's not only rude but a bully. I’ve heard her yell and name call her staff. I took my mom last year and heard her scream from the waiting room, she even slammed something on the tray. It scared my mom. Her lack of self control is dangerous to her staff and clients. My mom likes her staff specially the dental assistant in the back. She’s a sweet and smart gal.
Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr.Tran are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. Dr. Tran explains everything in detailed so my daughter can understand every procedure she is getting done. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
Dr.Tran was amazing. Very professional and she explained everything to me. Had an emergency procedure done while on vacation....she put me at ease and was able to address the pain I was having. If it wasn't for her ..my vacation with my boys would have been painful.
