It is so easy to make an appointment here. The front desk staff are so friendly! The office is very clean and modern. When getting my teeth cleaned, they used the newest technology. The hygienists were very friendly and gentle. I will be going back to get an implant. The front desk has been extremely helpful when figuring out my insurance and billing options. We loved Northgate Smiles and are so thankful to have found them! They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but they really made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. They walk you through everything, and have utilized technology in a way to show the patient everything. I really appreciated them taking care of my husband as well. We really enjoy Dr. Aylen and her staff!

All of the people who work here are awesome. It’s comfortable and inviting. They do a great job explaining what they are doing, what they would like to do, and what you REALLY should do, with no pressure. Thank you so much for helping me get back into good oral health

Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Aylen for work. She came highly recommended and knowing we both had some work that needed to be done, I wanted a dentist that we could trust. I am very pleased with the service that we have received from her and the staff. I feel I was well informed and educated about the necessary services. Overall the experience has been positive and it is nice to finally have established a dentist we feel comfortable and confident with.

Office building on the outside reminded me of dentist building I use to go to as a kid... not a good experience so a little nervous since I had to change dentist for insurance reasons. Inside was clean and modern with TVs in every room and they used the same TV for my digital xrays. Little more current than my last dentist. The hygenist was friendly and did explain everything to me which was nice but I don't know if she really cleanned them as well as others? I guess because I didn't leave with a sore mouth? Northgate Smiles is the best dentist I've ever been to. I needed a root canal and they got me in ASAP and where super friendly and welcoming. It's also worth noting that it was my most comfortable experience inside the dentist seat. I really didn't feel much of anything.
