Staff is the best!! I love going to see my friends at at Dr Goldwire’s office
I experienced a lot of pain on my 2 front bottom teeth when the hygienist used the ultrasonic device on me. It felt like it was being applied quite a bit below my gum line. I pulled away twice but she kept using it. I finally had to raise my hand to make her stop. I told her it hurt. She told me twice “It's good for you” despite me telling her it doesn’t matter if it’s good for me, if it hurts. After that she said she would use numbing gel, but she never apologized. My wife and I have both switched from other Dentists to Dr. Goldwire and couldn’t be happier with our decision. She, along with all of her staff are caring, attentive and professional.
I left my last dentist and needed to find a new one because they were awful at communicating and did not do a great job. I had my first visit today and they explained everything as they went along and we're very kind and gentle and made it a great experience. Think I found my new home dentist.
