I am so glad I switched from my previous dentist and found Noreen Goldwire and her team. First, Valerie at the front desk is very amiable, well organized, responsible, and helpful. Her attention to detail is impressive. She really takes the time to explain each line item on the statement, what is covered by insurance, if there is a copay, out of pocket expense, and whether my insurance needs to be updated. This past appointment, Valerie was kind enough to give me a courtesy call and informed me a patient had cancelled and I ... read more
