Every single person in that office is incredible. Every single one of them! They have each gone out of their way to show me that patient care is priority number one. I have terrible anxiety in general but my dental anxiety was through the roof and every appointment I'm met with smiling faces, calming voices, a blanket if I need it and even a stress ball to squeeze my anxiety into. Dr. Goldwire’s office is outstanding. She and her assistants listen carefully to me about my concerns and ask questions to make sure they understand. During procedures, they frequently ask about my comfort level. Dr. Goldwire, especially, is very kind and caring. Their work is highly professional, and they keep up-to-date with the latest science. I highly recommend this office without reservation.
My limited experience so far with Dr. Goldwire has been very good. She did several fillings and one extraction that I was dreading which was performed perfectly. I will be going to her for all my dental work.
From the office personnel to the hygienist to the dentist, our visit was handled smoothly. We had just gotten an insurance-type plan and were anxious to see how it would work. The procedure costs were as expected--no surprises. Everything was explained as the exam went along. I felt very confident in the treatment plan we discussed. An excellent experience for both my husband and me.
They have worked with me to ensure my preventive/ maintenance care coordinates with my insurance. I also appreciate the appointment reminders via text messsage. Hygenists are skilled and helpful.
