I really hate needles but I have to frequently get blood labs drawn. Nowhere have I gone is better than here. I’m always in and out within 15-20 minutes if not less and the staff have some sort of magic touch that makes needles far less painful than other doctors I’ve gone to. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I don't usually write reviews, but now more than ever, I feel like it's important to recognize and share positive experiences/feedback. So, here's my contribution! I had some reservations after reading previous reviews, but my visit was really pleasant. The staff was both friendly and professional, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I also called ahead to confirm their hours and got a quick response. It seems as though many of the issues raised by others have since been addressed.
As of 11/11/2022 , the NorDx lab in the hospital will NOT be taking walkins (unlike most of the time in recent years). I have used the hospital lab in the past, and its fine. (But the lab at 887 Congress St which I went to subsequently today is very friendly and efficient).
