Polite, clean, 2-3 on a duty. didn't take to long as a walk in either
I don't usually write reviews, but now more than ever, I feel like it's important to recognize and share positive experiences/feedback. So, here's my contribution! I had some reservations after reading previous reviews, but my visit was really pleasant. The staff was both friendly and professional, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I also called ahead to confirm their hours and got a quick response. It seems as though many of the issues raised by others have since been addressed.
As of 11/11/2022 , the NorDx lab in the hospital will NOT be taking walkins (unlike most of the time in recent years). I have used the hospital lab in the past, and its fine. (But the lab at 887 Congress St which I went to subsequently today is very friendly and efficient).
Incredible slow and disorganized
The super warm team at NorDx made a 3 hour test extraordinarily pleasant and stress-free for me! Efficient yet calming and again, majorly warm and friendly. I was very impressed and extremely grateful!
