I am new to Portland, and went to this location to have my blood drawn for my new Primary Care doctor. I also needed my new Cardiology office to have access to my bloodwork results as well, but they hadn't put orders in, as the appointment with them had just been made. When I walked into the office here, I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Ryan. He did my blood draw immediately...was very personable. Have been coming to the Congress st. NordDx for years, due to convenience and positive experience in past. Probably not going to any more. Recent staff changes, and TBH the new phlebotomist kind of sucks. Not kind at all during blood draw, annoyed or frustrated demeanor, physically rough, some of the staff (not all) act difficult and obnoxious if asked questions, or when a patient needs clarifications on which tests are to be run.
