FYI this location doesn’t draw blood. The woman at the desk was very nice though and directed me to the 100 Campus Dr. location.
I waited 42 minutes to just be checked in. Administration needs to get more folks at the front desk. The administrator was sitting in her office (visible in waiting room) as more and more people came in but did not step up to help.
Either they have no staff or everyone is hanging out in back room. I have worked in the medical field for 38 years and if we ignored patients the way they do we would be out of a job. Will go elsewhere for next draw.
