"I'm not fond on overly detailed reviews so this will be an executive summary. Online Chat help either doesn't have the tools they need to answer simple questions or are illiterate. Site indicated products were available, but Chat said, "Not in stock" and when challenged about the discrepancy said, "There's a problem with that page." Duh. BTW, Chat was wrong; products *were* in stock. Duh. (I know that because I decided to believe that naughty page rather than Chat.) Fulfillment of order was OK. nordstrom is one of the best places to work, the employees are friendly, the management is very helpful and caring. The training is extensive and informative, there are so many opportunities there it is ridiculous... This company has it made and they really care about their employees!! I would recommend them to ANYONE!!!
