The nurses and doctors have no idea what they're doing. There's always some type of issue that comes up every time I go. They lost me as a patient. Time to find a new doctor.
In our experience, it seemed almost impossible to get in contact with anyone there without physically going to the office and sitting till they would deal with you. On one occasion, when trying to call the practice with a question/issue, I actually had the Unity Health call-center reps call me back to suggest doing just that, when *they* couldn't even get hold of anyone at the practice. Avoid. The office staff is terrible.
Came to pick up a script for a family member, but "computer problems" meant they lost it.. waited half an hour for some random Dr. to write a new one. While I was stuck waiting, I had to listen to another man complain about how his appointment was for 9:30, and "computer problems" meant he wasn't being seen.
