Just finished my first winter with my new fireplace from Nordines and absolutely love it! Nordines fixed all the installation issues caused by our builder, were great to work with, and offered a really nice fireplace for a very reasonable price!! Great experience!
Want to give a quick thanks to Tony who has been very helpful. He came out for a free inspection, gave me a lot of good info and advice. While I haven't had the opportunity yet to have them work on my chimney/HVAC yet, they will be my first call thanks to their helpfulness.
Talk about good old fashioned outstanding service. The team here is like family. They care more about helping y ou than they do making a buck. During my siding project, water damage was found below the fireplace vent. Nordine's came highly recommended as a reputable business that can quickly get fireplaces and parts. So I called and talked to Tony. He came out and assessed everything. He let me know what parts were still available on the market and which ones were not.
