TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. Do not come to this overrated salon. In September, I came in to get my hair back to its natural color and left with it looking nearly the same as it did when I came in. My stylist did not listen to what I had requested and I unfortunately wasted money. I came again to visit a different stylist a month later and had another terrible experience.
